Stihl FSA86R Cordless Brushcutter

The Stihl FSA 86 R Cordless Brushcutter is a professional level tool for performing garden maintenance in the larger garden and in commercial applications.

With an electric motor, the FSA 86 R is quiet to use. Stihl suggest that you won’t need to wear ear defenders whilst using this brushcutter.

The loop handle gives you comfortable grip and an easy range of movement for completing your brushcutting tasks. A space bracket protects the mowing head from damage while in use, as well as helping to protect plants from the mowing head.

Fitted with the Stihl AutoCut C 6-2 cutting head giving a 350mm cutting swathe, the mowing line will automatically feed from the head when tapped gently on the ground. When the mowing line has been exhausted, it’s easy to refill the head with more.

If you prefer, the AutoCut C 6-2 head with nylon line can be replaced with the PolyCut 6-2 head with plastic blades. The PolyCut 6-2 head is purchased separately.

The battery and charger are sold separately. Run times of the FSA 86 R with the AutoCut C 6-2 Nylon Line Head are:

• AP200 – 35 minutes (recommended)
• AP300 – 42 minutes
• AP300S – 52 minutes
• AP500S – 200 minutes

Stihl recommend using the AL 301 charger with the AP200.
